About shipping
Generally, purchases made with credit cards are authorized within 24 hours, and those made with payment slips or bank deposits are approved within 72 hours. Only after payment confirmation for your purchase will the shipping process begin.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number so you can track your merchandise on the Correios website.
Delivery time
Our deliveries are carried out by Mail (Sedex, PAC). The deadline will be determined when the order is issued, being MAIL:
Sedex: Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, guaranteed after posting.
PAC: This is the standard postal service provided by the Post Office. The estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days after posting, but this is an estimated time and is not guaranteed by the Post Office. The maximum delivery time for this service is 20 business days.
If there is any delay, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 20 days after the date of posting so we can contact the Post Office. After 30 days from the date of posting, it is not possible to register a complaint.
About delivery
Sedex: has home delivery, on business days, from Monday to Saturday, in all municipalities in Brazil. There will be 3 (three) delivery attempts on consecutive business days, the first being on the same date of arrival at the distribution unit.
PAC: Home delivery on business days, from Monday to Friday. 2 delivery attempts will be made, the first attempt being on the same day the item arrives at the distribution unit. The second attempt will be made on the following business day.
If delivery becomes impossible due to the house being closed or the absence of a person with civil capacity, the merchandise will be returned to our company.
In the event of returning the merchandise to Viva Celina, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer, as the Post Office will charge for the service again.
Areas with home delivery restrictions
The Post Office does not deliver items to homes in some cities, rural areas, or hard-to-reach or high-risk areas. If the item is destined for an area with home delivery restrictions, the Post Office will assess what action should be taken for the indicated ZIP code, and may extend the delivery period for the item by 7 days or send the item to one of the Post Office locations so that the recipient can pick it up. The Post Office will leave a notice of arrival at the recipient's address, and the recipient must go to the indicated Post Office location, bringing identification documents, to pick up the item. The storage period is 7 calendar days for SEDEX and PAC.
Notes:
1. In some cases, the Post Office does not send the arrival notice to the recipient's address, so it is very important to track your order periodically (the tracking code is sent by email).
2. It is very important to check the storage period of the object at the Post Office, because after the aforementioned period, the object will be returned to the Publisher and a new shipping fee will be charged for resending.
